Saturday Morning Parkrun/Walk - Biddeford Eastern Trail

What will you be doing on Saturday mornings to take in a beautiful view, get some exercise, and meet new people?
Join us for this FREE weekly, community parkrun or walk in Biddeford Eastern Trail.
These Run / Walk Events are a phenomenon in Europe, Australia and New Zealand and growing rapidly in number in the US.

• The 5k Run / Walk is a weekly event that takes place every Saturday morning starting in May until the snow flies.
• Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive - there is no time limit and every event includes a Tailwalker behind the participants so no one finishes last.
• You are welcome to take part with one dog by your side, within reach at all times, on a short, handheld, non-extendable lead.
