A 90-minute mindful art session with Mindful Art Hideout in Wishart. Adults welcome. No experience needed.
Active Locals is a free neighbourhood app where people meet others nearby and go to local events. Download it and join the group there.
Each week is a different technique. Supplies are included, plus tea, coffee, and water. You can also practise your own. Beginner-friendly and quiet. Wheelchair accessible, with hearing support, parking, and close to public transport. The meeting point is in the Active Locals group. It is not listed here.
