What we’re about

If you’re someone who suffers from loneliness, anxious feelings, going through a tough time mentally and just want some people who are experiencing similar emotions to talk to... then this is perfect for you. <br>We will chat on the lawn at Wittunga Botanic Garden (nr Blackwood) for around 30 mins to an hour and each week will focus on different methods of coping, I hope that people in the group will bring different ideas to the table but I would love to do some journaling, use essential oils to promote mindfulness and bring along some friends that are willing to share their skills in Meditation and centering.
