Spiritually transformative experiences often leave us with profound questions about reality, purpose, connection, and meaning. Whether we understand these moments as spiritual, mystical, psychological, or something else entirely, they tend to shift our priorities and invite us to reconsider what truly matters in life.
Our next Adelaide Mystics Meetup offers a gentle, reflective space to explore these experiences together. We’ll look at the themes that arise across different kinds of awakening, share how they’ve shaped our lives, and consider how they might guide us toward greater purpose, authenticity, and connection.
This session is suitable for anyone who has had a transformative experience — subtle or dramatic — or who simply feels drawn to explore the deeper dimensions of human life.
Reflective Inquiry for the Week Before Our Gathering
During the week leading up to our Mystics Meetup, each of us is encouraged to reflect on a few questions. These questions are personal, rooted in your own lived experience, yet we’ll explore them together in community, noticing how individual insights illuminate our collective journey.
As we move through the week, we’re invited to reflect on:
- What experiences have most shaped who I am — and how my story might resonate with others.
- What recurring lesson appears throughout my life, and how similar patterns may show up across our community.
- What gives my life meaning today, and how meaning-making unfolds uniquely for each of us.
- What life might be inviting me to learn right now, and how our individual learnings support the whole.
- What I might do differently if I trusted life more deeply, and how such trust can ripple outward into the group.
These reflections are simply invitations — gentle doorways into the deeper conversation we’ll explore together at the session.

There is no pressure to share — quiet participation is equally welcome.
After the meeting, all are invited to come for lunch at the Excelsior Hotel, walking distance from the location of the Meetup.
