4th Creek Walk: St. Bernard's Rd. to Morialta First Falls Return

A 9 kilometre Grade 1-2 walk for a minimum of 4 people usually on the 4th Saturday of the month. Be prepared for some rain. This pretty walk takes in First Falls, including a possible climb to Eagle Nest Lookout, Morialta Conservation Park or city lookout or Gurners Reserve, and a section of the lovely Fourth Creek Trail in Rostrevor. It's a walk for all months of the year. PLEASE NOTE the following. 1. The falls are usually dry from November to April, but views of the beautiful rock faces are guaranteed. 2. In the event of a forecast for a hot day, the event might be cancelled or brought forward to an earlier starting time. After the walk there is an optional visit to a cafe or bakery such as Barreto Cafe Bottega (closed on Sunday) in Rostrevor or Rustic Mill Bakehouse, Hectorville.
