Ercall Woods, Quarry plus two Old Lime Kilns around 6 miles.

Once again we will be combining this walk with Pathfinders. This is an interesting walk which features tranquil woodlands, pools, an old quarry and a nature reserve. We will also see two old lime kilns.
Walking boots are recommended that will give you good grip and ankle support because there will be uneven and rocky surfaces to walk on. There are four gradual inclines of around 200 metres long. There maybe a locked gate to get over. This gate has only ever been locked once before in all the years that i have walked this path. But just thought to mention it just incase it happens to be locked.
Note: All dogs are to be kept on a short lead at all times during the walk. This is for the safety and comfort of everyone. There are no stiles on this walk.. There might be mud in places especially after rainfall.
