Summer Sunset Hiking (Murrieta)

Join us for our Summer Sunset Hiking series the second Tuesday of the month. Location TO BE DETERMINED so check back here for details.
August 12 (2.5 miles) Lake Elsinore Levee
September 9 (3 miles) Cole Canyon Preserve
October 14 (4 miles)

For September's hike, we will park at the Fire Station #5 located on Vineyard Pkwy. in Murrieta and begin our walk / hike from there into the Cole Canyon Preserves.

This will be an uneven, rocky trail with possible sightings of rattle snakes, poison oak and ticks. Make sure you have good footwear to avoid tripping hazards. Some parts of trail are only wide enough for one person.

The members, hosts and organizers are not professional guides and are not qualified to offer medical attention. We are just friends inviting you to hike with us as friends. We are not liable for any accidents or injury while participating in this event.

Bring with you: small pouch / bag to carry bottled water(s), snack, car keys, phone. You may also want to have a hat / visor, sunglasses and sunscreen. Please wear appropriate footwear as you'll be walking over dirt, rocks, pebbles, etc.
