Kick off Christmas week with a Holiday Lights Cruise and Dinner!

Cost is $35 which includes boat cruise, parking and fuel for your carpool driver.

• Carpooling is needed. Carpool drivers will be allocated gas money based on the number of confirmed paid occupants.
• This is a paid event. Must pay at the time of RSVP.
• Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal Event Host Monica $35 at 951-442-1542.
• All sales final. No refunds.
• Up to 25 participants maximum. Booking in increments of 5 people. First-come, first served until availability for spots runs out.
• Cruise is approximately 75 minutes and leaves from Newport Beach. Cruise time is 4:30. Carpools will leave from Southwest Riverside County at 2:30pm so we can board vessel / check-in at 4:00.

Important Details:

• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED on any cruise.
• All sales final. No refunds.
• Dinner will be immediately after the cruise and location to be determined. You are responsible for the cost of your dinner. Participants will be notified of dinner location once it is confirmed by Event Host.
• Shoes:
  UNSAFE FOOTWEAR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HIGH HEELS, LEATHER SOLES, NOVELTY SKATE SHOES, PLATFORM SHOES, WEDGE STYLE SHOES, AND BARE FEET ARE NOT SAFE AND ARE PROHIBITED ON BOARD ANY VESSEL.

TERM AND CONDITIONS:
--All Davey’s Locker/Newport Landing/Freelance/Blackfish/Newport Harbor Boat Rentals, Catalina Adventure Tours, Catalina Flyer, and Newport Coastal Adventure personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, if the ticket holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance (including marijuana), attempts entry with anything that may be considered a weapon, explosives, or any unsafe item, or is, in the sole discretion of Davey’s Locker/Newport Landing/Blackfish/Freelance Sportfishing personnel, a threat to the safety of other guests or crew. The venue, vessels, and trip destinations are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by an independent promoter, booking agent, a third-party retailer, or any other entity that is not directly owned, operated, or directly employed by Davey’s Locker/Newport Landing/Blackfish Sportfishing that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by Davey’s Locker/Newport Landing/Blackfish Sportfishing and is not grounds for a refund.

DECLARATION OF UNDERSTANDING OF RISKS
I am voluntarily participating in the activity of being a passenger on a vessel which operates in the unprotected waters of the Pacific Ocean (the “Activity”). I understand that there are foreseen, and unforeseen risks associated with my participation in this Activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from natural conditions on the sea, my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity’s location, facilities or the vessel on which the Activity takes place. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this activity, whether known or unknown to me, including any events incidental to this activity. In undertaking to participate in this activity and in an effort to minimize exposure to the risks described above, I hereby agree to use caution in my behavior and movements understanding that my actions can contribute to or be the cause of such injuries or damages described above.
