🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and no-shows may result in removal from future events. Please update your RSVP or message the organizer if your plans change—this helps us keep games running smoothly.

🌟 Community Guidelines
This is a safe, fun, and inclusive space—please be respectful to others and help keep the gym clean. Bring your own water - There is water fourain and balls will be provided. All proceeds support the Estancia High School Boys Volleyball Program, so you’re helping local student-athletes while enjoying the game.

To clarify: this session is intended for beginer-level and low Intermediate players who have some prior volleyball experience. You don’t need to be consistent or confident yet—but you should understand the basic rules and be able to perform fundamental skills like passing, serving, and moving comfortably on the court.
If you’re brand new to volleyball or have never played before, I recommend joining my Adult Volleyball Clinic on Friday nights, which is designed to help you build those skills in a supportive, step-by-step environment.
If you're unsure feel free to contact me—I’m happy to help guide you toward the right place to grow and have fun.

šŸ“ Special Format – 5 Teams
Since this is our last open gym until December, I’m considering expanding the session to 30 participants and forming 5 teams:
• 4 teams will play
• 1 team will rest and assist with scorekeeping and line calls
This format helps keep the games flowing and gives everyone a breather—but it will only happen if 30 or more players sign up.
šŸ Session Structure
We’ll follow the same format as our Saturday open gyms:
• Start with Kings/Queens of the Court
• Then form teams for round-robin play
šŸ“‹ Waiver Reminder
If you’ve registered but haven’t signed the waiver:
• You’ll be removed from the ā€œGoingā€ list
• You won’t be moved off the waitlist—even if you’re next in line
Please make sure your waiver is submitted to secure your spot!
