• 09:30 AM – Checkpoint 1: Bukit Cinta
• 10:00 AM – Checkpoint 2: Tree Tunnel (photo stop)
• 10:45 AM – Checkpoint 3: Shell Town (photo stop)
• 11:45 AM – Checkpoint 4: Bukit Lunchu (scenic viewpoint, photo stop, enjoy your lunch pack)
• 01:30 PM – Checkpoint 6: Bukit Tiz (photo stop)
• 02:30 PM – Return to trailhead/end of trek
• Freshen up and change into clothes
