- Low Hammocks & Gentle Movement: Hammocks are set close to the ground for ease, comfort, and accessibility.
- Restorative Poses: Supported shapes that invite deep release and nervous system regulation.
- Breathwork & Stillness: Guided breath practices to calm the mind and settle the body.
- Refreshing herbal tea or infused water after class

To reserve your spot, RSVP via our website at Pier to Point Yoga, Spa & Wellness, or with the organizer.
Space is limited—a minimum of 6-7 guests required to hold the session. If the minimum isn’t met 24 hours before class, you’ll be notified and refunded.
RSVP closes 4 hours before the class.
Walk-ins welcome if space allows, but RSVP guarantees your spot and helps us prepare a nurturing space just for you.
