Picasso Cow Paint and Sip Night (Buy Ticket Before Registering)
King's Head Public House, 1618 Yew Street, Vancouver, BC, CABuy your own ticket before registering.
The holidays are coming. And for some, that means gift giving with that horrible dilemma - "What to get your children now that they are adults?"
Soooo . . . remember when your kids were children and they would bring you their "art" pictures, and you would have to pretend they were wonderful, and praise the child like they were the next Leonardo di Vinci, and post the pictures up on the fridge like they were masterpieces at the Louvre? All the while thinking why does it look like they drew roadkill?
Well . . . Payback's a bitch.
Come join me at the Paint Night: Highland Cow in the Flower Field Paint and Sip at King's Head Public House and paint a picture of a cow, (a highland cow), in flowers as a gift to your child or one of your children. Then make them display it . . . and they can't complain because it was handmade with love.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Buy your own ticket. The price is $45, but with taxes and fees, it works out to be $56.44. (Please read their cancellation policy.) All supplies are provided.
Guests are permitted.
As I have already bought my ticket, this event will take place no matter how many members sign up. However, if at least 4 members sign up through the link below, we will get a refund equivalent to one ticket. We'll split the refund at the event.
The paint event starts at 6:00 PM, but I've set the meetup event for 5:00 PM for socializing, food, and drinks. The more you drink before you paint, the better the artist you will be. With enough drinks, you can paint your own Picasso cow.
If you can only make it there for 6:00 PM, that's okay. Just let us know in the comments.
