Cycle to New Westminster quay and back

From the skytrain station we will cycle on Sullivan trails (forest), the Brunette / Fraser River trail (forest and along the river), on the Central Valley trail (cement bike path), along the quay and back. This is 25 km and will take 2-3 hours depending on the speed of the group). This is mostly flat trail with 2 hills to cycle or walk up. Will be cancelled if raining.
