Panellists
Dr. Tatiana Andreeva is Associate Professor in Management and Organizational Behavior at the School of Business, Maynooth University, Ireland. Her research focuses on the challenges of managing knowledge in organizations and the effects of the shift to hybrid work. For example, Tatiana seeks to understand why people share or hide knowledge, and what (line) managers can do to facilitate (or prevent) these behaviors – in general, and in hybrid workplaces in particular. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Andreeva worked in management consulting and HR.
Dr. Jordi Trullen is an Associate Professor and Chair in the Department of People Management and Organization at ESADE Business School, Ramon Llull University, Spain. His research focuses on the area of HRM implementation by investigating the role played by different actors (HR professionals, line managers, or senior leaders) in the adoption of HRM policies and practices and the main roadblocks and challenges they face. Jordi’s research also looks at the role of national culture and institutions in HRM adoption.
Katie O’Driscoll, Site Lead & Global Solution Architect, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services. Katie has over 30 years of experience in Business Development & Relationship Management in a range of industries (Advertising & Marketing, Finance, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Event Management). In these different roles, Katie has been managing hybrid and virtual teams spread across various functional domains and geographical locations.
Erich Wilgenbus-Lamb is passionate about empowering talented individuals to collaborate meaningfully towards impactful outcomes. He brings multidisciplinary and pragmatic outcome-oriented leadership. As Engineering Manager, he currently leads teams in the continuous delivery of quality software that creates value for Liberty Mutual's underwriters. What really changed his perspective on leadership and management is the quote by Einstein that says, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." When we embrace our own individualism with integrity, we step into our authentic power, and we become catalysts for meaningful change. As a fellow student of conscious leadership, Erich collaborates with change agents through his company Yebokola. Erich is an active member of several communities, including Active Hope Ireland, Irish Quakers, the Northern Ireland Inner Development Goals hub, and Belfast Toastmasters. He has worked with organisations including Telkom SA, Deloitte, Lufthansa, TK Maxx, TPICAP, and Liberty Mutual.
