Practical use of AI for Delivery Leaders

AI has undoubtedly been phrase of the year. With changes occurring daily and wild claims of the upcoming changes. But let's explore facts:

• Vast majority of AI implementations seem to fail to deliver the benefits they set out to achieve
• "LLM users consistently underperformed at neural, linguistic, and behavioral levels" over 4 months ... ie brains got slower (Research Paper)
• "Three-quarters of [ChatGPT] conversations focus on practical guidance, seeking information, and writing—with writing being the most common work task, while coding and self-expression remain niche activities." (OpenAI)

However the question we find most people ask - is how can I use AI to make my work easier / faster / better / something. What this actually means is how 'should' or how 'could' I use the available tools?

• Can AI help me drive prioritisation?
• Can AI help me schedule activities?
