Sarah Adams is an Agile coach, product and portfolio manager, and Scrum Master with over 20 years of experience helping organizations deliver value and lead change. She has held leadership roles in the BC government and private industry, including Director of Product for a global marine operations software company, and has worked across forestry, tourism, research, gaming, and the non-profit sector.
