Session description

How can we create a workplace where every voice is valued and brings out the best in the team? Think of an orchestra—each musician plays a different instrument, and together, they create a masterpiece. In the same way, neurodiversity in teams brings unique strengths and perspectives that, when harmonized, lead to innovation and success. In this workshop, we’ll explore these differences, celebrate each individual’s contributions, and discover how to adapt our ways of working to create an inclusive, high-performing team.

Join us in this journey of symphonic collaboration, where every voice plays a vital role in the music of success.

This is not just a discussion—it’s a hands-on experience. You’ll actively practice designing workshops/collaboration sessions that truly support team members with different thinking patterns, gaining practical tools and techniques to bring back to your workplace. Whether you're a leader, coach, or facilitator, you'll leave with concrete strategies to create more inclusive and effective team environments which is key to building high performing teams.

This session has been highly rated at RSG Tokyo, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Sydney LAST conferences, and we’re excited to bring it to an even wider audience. Come ready to learn, collaborate, and build a more inclusive future!
