Real-time Sentiment Analysis with NiFi and Zeppelin

In this session, we will explore how to leverage Apache NiFi and Apache Zeppelin for real-time complex social-media analytics.

With close-to-zero lines of code, we will see how NiFi can be used to ingest, filter, and enrich Twitter feeds. We will perform some real-time sentiment analysis, and store enriched data into Hive table for historical Analysis, as well as index it in Solr for real-time monitoring.

We will then retrieve and explore our tweets using Spark with Zeppelin – a versatile Data Exploration and Analytics tool.
