**Dealing with Difficult Emotions**
**Thursdays 7 - 8:30 pm with Evelyn Williams**
You do not have to be controlled by emotions like craving, anger, and jealousy! Our inner world can be confusing and often we don’t know why we feel the way we do. Fortunately, through special meditations on understanding our own mind, we can recognize, reduce and completely let go of these painful mental habits. By doing this, we are being incredibly kind to ourselves and to others. Specifically, this course will help you:

* Experience the freedom of acknowledging you can change
* Understand where mental pain and unhappiness come from
* Learn simple methods for reducing and uprooting unhelpful thought patterns

$10 per person. No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds.
