Join [Almas Libres](https://almas-libres.org/), Spain’s largest women-led urban sports community, for our weekly basketball sessions.

Basketball demands speed, strength, precision, and creativity. Each session focuses on improving ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and overall fitness, giving you the skills and confidence to own the court. We’ll also work on agility, balance, flexibility, and game sense to help you take your play to the next level.

Our sessions are in collaboration with [Street Basketball Sants ](https://www.streetballbcnsants.com/en_uk/)and hosted by our all-female, federated coaching team.
