A mild 3-to-4-mile (up to 2 hours) hike in two of Westchester's famed parks, Saxon Woods and the Weinberg Nature Center. Geared towards hikers seeking a slower-moderate paced hike on hiking trails and with poles recommended. Restrooms available. Lots of summer scenery and great company. New hikers and those who haven't been on the trails for a while are encouraged to attend. Guests welcome. Public transportation difficult - train plus taxi. Text leader.
Drivers Meet: 9:30 AM on the benches by the Saxon Woods Pool and restrooms at: 1800 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY. 10605 (located by the Hutchinson River Parkway.)
