Why We Need a Living Foundation for Agility — Not Another Manifesto

For nearly twenty-five years, agility has helped organizations respond faster and deliver more meaningful outcomes. But while the world has grown more complex, our foundation has not kept pace. The original manifesto served its historical moment well - establishing a critique of heavyweight processes and championing a more human, collaborative way of working.
Today, however, agility touches far more than software teams.
It shapes how value flows, how organizations learn, how decisions are made, and how individuals gain agency within systems.
We are no longer dealing with a single domain.
We are dealing with the system of value creation across entire enterprises.
So the question is no longer:
Do we need a manifesto?

The question is:
What kind of foundation can support continuous evolution—without becoming obsolete?

This meetup will start with a short explanation of the Amplio Living Ecosystem initiative. We will then proceed to learn by doing. Two actionable increments will be presented:
- managing work in process by creating a focus on finishing
- running a premortem

The axioms and principles on which these actions are based will be learned in the process.
