Dungeon of the Mad Mage (5E)

Heading north from where the battle with the bone naga occurred, the party entered another swampy area and found themselves as yuanti fighting against another naga. After a few rounds, they did manage to help each other out of the combat hallucination. They continued north until they heard more frog people talking and decided to go back south to see if there were any more naga to kill and to get the skull of the bone naga to show to the leader of the frog people. Going south past the bone naga lair, the party encounters a couple of trolls and eventually are able to put them down permanently.
