πΆ β¬40 per person β includes all wines and curated regional snacks
The eighth edition of Tell Me Wine takes us to one of Italyβs great wine regions β Piedmont, land of red wine legends and deep culinary tradition.
Weβll explore two expressive sides of this region through at least 12 wines from two independent producers:
- Cascina Garitina, from the Monferrato hills around Nizza Monferrato (Asti), and
- Rosanna Sandri, from the heart of the Langhe in Barbaresco.

### π The Wines
Cascina Garitina (Monferrato β Nizza Monferrato)
A historic voice of Barbera, Gianluca Morino crafts expressive reds that show the full range of this grape. From everyday bottles like Vera and Garitta, to complex wines like Caranti and the ambitious Nizza DOCG single vineyards (Vegia, Cec, Margherita), his work is full of soul and intent.
Rosanna Sandri (Langhe β Barbaresco)
Rosanna Sandri is a small-scale producer working with extreme care and vision. Her Barbaresco is a wine of precision and elegance, fermented in concrete and made with meticulous attention to detail. She represents the artisanal face of one of Italyβs most celebrated terroirs.

### π§ The Food
To complement the wines, we will serve a selection of regional snacks and bites directly from the same areas as the wines β Monferrato and Langhe β offering a fully immersive, sensorial experience of the territory.
This is more than a tasting: itβs a dialogue between food and wine, where every element contributes to a broader cultural story. A way to travel with all your senses β through flavour, memory, and place.
