Lunch at The Castle

Start at Shoreham Tollbridge (East side) at 10:00. 11's at Post Office cafe Henfield and lunch at The Castle Upper Beeding. Return to Shoreham Approx 24 miles.

Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have sufficient equipment to make minor repairs such as a puncture.

All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and well being and should be aware that the medical / first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends.
