Upper West Ridge Hike - 9 Miles
Details
Join me on this 9-mile, 2,600 ft elevation gain loop around Walker's Knob, Graybeard Falls, & Graybeard Mountain! This loop should take us about 6 hours, assuming an average 2.5 mph pace with a few snack breaks and a longer lunch along the way. Make sure to bring plenty of food and water for a 9-10-mile hike, as we may want to venture off the designated AllTrails route to check out a few extra spots.
This trail is dog-friendly, but all dogs must be socialized and kept on leash at all times - no exceptions.
Below is the AllTrails link - please make sure to read the alerts regarding Bear Season and Parking Fees!

Please note: I am not a certified guide, and am there to facilitate a social activity. Of course, my goal is to keep everyone safe and happy, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own safety. Please make sure you have downloaded the trail map and can navigate the loop (or back to your car if needed), bring enough layers for the weather (plus altitude of 5,300 ft), water, food, emergency equipment, etc. By RSVPing to this hike, you acknowledge that you are releasing me from any-and-all liability should you experience illness, injury, or worse during (or as a result of) this trip.
Thanks so much and can't wait to see you all there!
