Discover the perfect blend of serenity and strength with our SUP Yoga for Beginners class — a gentle introduction to yoga on a stand-up paddle-board. Set on calm waters, this class is designed for those new to SUP yoga or yoga in general.
We’ll guide you through a variation of seated poses that are beginner-friendly like Cat-Cow, Cobra Pose and Butterfly Pose to name a few, all poses adapted for stability and ease on the board. You’ll build balance, increase flexibility, improve core strength, and connect deeply with nature in a fun and supportive environment.
No paddle-boarding or yoga experience is necessary — just a willingness to try something new and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the water beneath you. Come float, stretch, and center yourself on the water!
Remember to wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet, bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a towel. It's also a good idea to bring a change of clothing.
