Men's Movement & Embodied Leadership Workshop @ Drip Sauna

An evening for men who want to grow, refine their leadership, network with other motivated men, and be challenged in healthy ways - while having a lot of fun in the process.

It’ll be half facilitated movement workshop (described below), and half restorative sauna & fire circle lounge - with intentional conversation prompts for the lounge time, so we can inspire each other and deeply rejuvenate our bodies at the same time. (24 people can be in the saunas at once, and there are cold plunges & outdoor showers too).

🍃WORKSHOP: 6:30-7:45
Think primal movement + somatic practice + refining the art of leadership, through a series embodied movement practices - in connection with other men. (Show up at 6:15)

🔥RESTORATIVE LOUNGE: 7:45-9:30
After moving, we’ll rejuvenate in community - with each other and with the elements. There’ll be prompts to inspire meaningful conversation - both in the saunas and around the outdoor fire. With topics intended to create connection - AND to help you create movement towards the future you want.

FACILITATED BY:
You might know Taylor from his work guiding men’s groups for the past 7 years around sexual vitality & health. This event will be fundamentally different. For the past 3 years, Taylor has studied somatics, movement, and the intersection of intentional play & embodied leadership… and he’s now ready & excited to bring some of this work to the world.
