Want to start your day on a more centered and peaceful note, with some time to reflect your dreams and purpose?
Join us for a new morning yoga series, geared to survivors, that combines some of the best morning practices of meditation, yoga, creative visualization, and positive affirmations for emotional healing.
Sessions include a short breathing meditation, a beginner/intermediate Vinyasa flow yoga, and a journal or visualization period to reconnect to ourselves and our dreams.
Bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes. Feel free to modify any pose to suit your comfort and ability.
Optional: Bring a journal & pen to record your meditation insights. A lighted candle is nice too.
If there's enough interest in these morning sessions, we may be able to have them more frequently in the future.
