Sydney Harbour splendour at its best! Watson’s Bay to Rose Bay to Circular Quay.

This is a lovely way to spend a Sunday – a beautiful walk with stunning views of one of the most scenic harbours in the world.
There are plenty of exit points so it’s perfect for anyone who is not sure how far they will be able to walk.
We will start at Circular Quay, Wharf 2, Side B. The ferry to Watson’s Bay leaves at 9.15am and arrives at 9.38am.
First, we walk the South Head Heritage Trail to South Head enjoying the views of North Head before looping back to Watsons Bay. We might even spot some whales!
From here, we follow the coastline to Parsley Bay, Vaucluse, Nielsen Park, Shark Bay and the Hermitage Walk through to Rose Bay where we stop for our lunch break.
There are places to purchase lunch at Rose Bay.
After lunch we have a slight climb up to Point Piper, then to Double Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Elizabeth Bay & Potts Point arriving at Woolloomooloo Wharf.
Then we follow the foreshore around the Royal Botanic Gardens finishing at the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay (where there are plenty of places to get a well-earned gelato!).
We will aim to finish at Circular Quay by 4pm.
This walk consists of well-worn tracks and footpaths. However, there are a few steps and some hills.

NOTE: Plenty of exit points. Please let the Host know if you leave the walk.

· Be Prepared: Wear trail runners or comfortable walking shoes, bring 1.5L of water (refill points available along the way), and dress for the weather.
· Follow Instructions: Please follow the instructions of the Host at all times and keep the Host within sight.
