Ready for a big day out? Join us for a challenging, yet incredibly rewarding, 24km Summer Day Hike through the beautiful Garigal National Park. This route is rated HARD, so come prepared for a proper adventure!

Our trek mostly follows the scenic Two Creeks Track and the Middle Harbour Foreshore Track, giving us an intimate look at this stunning park. We're in luck, as most of the walk enjoys good shade from the surrounding bushland, offering some relief from the summer sun.

What to Expect

- Scenic Views: You'll be treated to plenty of water views and pass by impressive sandstone overhangs. There are lots of fantastic spots to pause, rest, and just soak in the views.
- The Challenge: The "Hard" grading is partly due to the distance, but also includes a tricky crossing at Rocky Creek followed by a faint section of track. This isn't a stroll—it's an opportunity to test your navigation and stamina!

Logistics
We'll finish the walk by following the gorgeous Middle Harbourside trail to Roseville Bridge by approximately 4:00 PM. From there, you can easily catch a bus back to the City or Chatswood.
If you're an experienced hiker looking for a substantial summer day challenge with rewarding views, this is the one for you!

TRANSPORT: T1, meet at Chatswood Train station (Check Opal Trip Planner for updates).

BRING 2~3 litres of water, hydrate tablets, snacks & lunch, sun protection, first aid kit, rain gear, hiking shoes.

GRATUITY: There will be a $10 gratuity for this walk in cash. All proceedings go to Charity.

Fast Pace: 4.5km/hr on average
