Narrabeen Lagoon circuit, coastal walk to Manly via sea cave! 25km medium

Fabulous northern beaches epic adventure 25km or so starting at Narabeen and Berry Reserve bus stop we walk the Narrabeen Lagoon circuit gorgeous lake walking fairly flat about 8km circuit then back to the main road and cross to the coastal walkway all the way down to Freshwater Beach where we cross and scramble over a few rocks to the Worm Hole Cave or Manly Sea Cave, walk through and onto Manly Corso fabulous finish at Manly Beach and South Steyne hotel for a cold beer!

About 25km with a few ups and downs but nothing major, medium pace all the way about 4.5km per hour

Make sure you have plenty of snacks think carbs/sugar as protein takes too long to process. Do not skip salt... Your body requires energy to complete longer walks...

Trainers are ok but bring a jacket in case of a change of weather and 2l of water, pack your lunch and snacks.
