Swimming Holes in RNP - Karloo Pools, then Olympic Pool and back to Heathcote
Details
We will start at Heathcote Train Station (meet outside the station on the east side) at 10.10am sharp.
The train from Central leaves at 9.12am (Platform 25) and arrives at Heathcote at 10.03am.
We will walk via the Karloo Track to Kangaroo Creek and stop at Karloo Pools where we will have a break and a swim.
Then we will follow Kangaroo Creek and stop at Olympic Pools where we will have lunch and a swim.
From here we will return part way to Karloo Pools and exit via Bottle Forest Track back to Heathcote Train Station.
We will aim to return by 3pm.

DISTANCE: About 10 km.
GRADE: Medium, there are a few hills to climb.
NOTE: No get out points.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
· Be Prepared: Wear comfortable hiking shoes, bring 2L of water (no refill points available), swimming gear and dress for the weather.
· Follow Instructions: Please follow the instructions of the Host at all times and keep the Host within sight.
· Being a National Park, we leave nothing behind (even if its organic!) and take nothing with us when we leave.
· RSVP Responsibly and Be Ontime at the Designated Meeting Point: Update your RSVP if you can’t make it.
