Beauty and Exercise - A Couple of Refreshing Swims at Royal National Park!
Details
What can we do on the Monday of the long October weekend?
I know, visit the Royal National Park and a couple of swimming holes!
It's not only a beautiful day out but we can cool off by having a swim.
We will start at Heathcote Train Station (meet outside the station on the east side) at 10.10am sharp (the train from Central arrives at 10.03am).
We will walk via the Karloo Track to Kangaroo Creek and stop at Karloo Pools where we will have a break and a swim.
Then we will follow Kangaroo Creek and stop at Olympic Pools where we will have lunch and a swim.
From here we will return part way to Karloo Pools and exit via Bottle Forest Track back to Heathcote Train Station.
We will aim to return by 2.30pm.
