SweatPals is a platform that connects you to all the fun local fitness and wellness events, communities, and people. Our mission is to make fitness and wellness accessible to everyone.
In this group, you will find some of the cool fitness and wellness events on the SweatPals app. Whether you are new in town, or simply want to meet new friends by doing activities together - this is your place. From running, cycling, yoga, dancing, bouldering, and hiking, to breathwork, meditation, and sound bath, there is something for everyone and all skill levels.

Event Description:
Acroyoga is partner acrobatics mixed with techniques from yoga, gymnastics, dance, cheer, and even healing arts such as Thai massage. It's more fun than you thought possible, and more accessible than you think!Join us for open play, goofiness, rad skills, and new friends! Spend the evening working on what moves you - acro, hooping, juggling, dancing, tumbling, and more. All levels welcome, and no partner or experience necessary.
Come and go on your own schedule. Opening circle is at 9pm. Most people come just before opening circle, though a few people will be there at 8pm.
This is a donation-based jam - if you can, please chip in to help us
cover the cost of the space!You can fill out our waivers at the door, or fill them out online in advance: https://www.acroyogaaustin.org/waivers/
You can also ask a Jambassador wearing a yellow wristband for assistance at any time during the evening.

Embracing the ancient Greek concept of the 'Infield'—a communal space for athleticism and knowledge—we provide a versatile workout environment tailored to your fitness needs.
From strength training tools like kettlebells, to recovery tools like ice baths, we have everything you need to have a great workout in the sun

Who is Yudae?
Our name Yudae means happiness through health. It comes from the first word ever used to describe the feeling of happiness one feels through the achievement of peak wellbeing – eudaemonia. We've made it our mission to help you experience eudaemonia in the modern world. Not once, but for life.

Event Description:
RWC was founded to create a supportive community where individuals grow in faith and fitness, strengthening both themselves and the city of Austin through the love of Jesus Christ. The vision is to go from isolated to integrated; inspiring growth through faith and fitness. It will be a 5k loop around lady bird lake. You can either run, jog, walk, or just hang back and fellowship!
