Stress Reset – A Breathwork Experience

Modern life keeps many of us in a constant state of tension.
Even when the mind wants to relax, the body often stays in a subtle stress response.
This breathwork experience is designed to help you slow down, release accumulated tension and reconnect with a more grounded and regulated state.
Through guided breathing techniques, music and a safe group container, we create space for the nervous system to reset and for emotions and inner experiences to move naturally.
No prior breathwork experience is required.
This session is suitable both for beginners and for people who already have experience with breathwork or meditation.

## What to expect
During the evening we will move through three phases:
• arrival and grounding
• guided breathwork journey
• integration and quiet reflection
Breathwork can be a powerful tool for emotional release, clarity and nervous system regulation. Each person’s experience can be different — from deep relaxation to emotional processing or new insights.
The group is intentionally limited to keep the space supportive and personal.

## What to bring
• a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (I have some extra if needed)
• a blanket if you like
• water
• comfortable clothing

For safety reasons, this event is not recommended for individuals with:
• cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• epilepsy or seizure disorders
