Just like we meal prep to nourish our bodies for the week; Isabella is offering an hour of restorative yoga to nourish our minds as we prepare for the work week. All yoga experience and humans are welcome! Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time, bring water, and option to bring a journal. Mats are available if needed.
Donations welcome but not required.
