Mastering the Male Portrait

If you've followed this Meetup group for some time, you'll notice that most of the models have been women and so much of the content has focused on making them look great. With this workshop, we will take things in another direction and explore the facets of photographing men. Topics include the following:

• Styling
• Posing and Direction
• Lighting
• Mood/vibe/expression

We will focus on bringing out the bold masculinity of men as well as the whimsical fun side of men. We will explore several different simple lighting set ups to generate different moods and explore different methods of direction.

A professional model, Nish, will be on-hand so you will able to try out the new things you learn.
