Shoal Creek evening bike ride

Join us for a 20 mile bike ride through some of our favorite residential neighborhoods - Rosedale, West Campus, Clarksville, headed toward Lady Bird Lake ... We expect a pace of 10-12 mph, some hills along the way, and maybe some hard-packed-dirt trails (similar to the trail around the lake). We often gather afterwards for food and drink.
Riders MUST wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws . Your bike MUST be in good working condition and you MUST carry ID, money, cell phone, water, nutrition, tools to change a flat tire, and spare tube. We expect to be back before dark, but it's always wise to have bright / reflective clothing and lights.

(Apology that we have so many MUSTs, but one unprepared person can negatively impact an enjoyable evening for everyone.)
Weather Status: If roads are wet or rain is likely, the ride may be cancelled. A decision would be made on this page by 5pm.
