The theme this week is "Fear"
We'll be exploring the relationship with our own fear through the lens that our fear is intelligent, sacred, and deeply human.
Often times, we may hide in isolation from what we fear most. Or, we deny our fears by covering them up with stories, dissociative patterns, consumption, or habitual behaviors that paralyze us into shadow and keep us feeling the deeper connection we desire with others and especially with ourselves.
We may have parts of us that protect deeper core elements of our beings through fear based behavior.
Our playlist this week invites us to discover the deeper core elements of fear embedded within and receive their wisdom to illuminate what we need, what we desire to create, and what matters most to us.
Our facilitators invite you to come join this week's session with curiosity and a willingness to explore the potential for a more vulnerable, powerful, a deeper alignment with our beloved ally-

What Is Authentic Relating Games?
This event is a series of group games that are designed to help you explore and express yourself while creating deep feelings of safety and connection with other beautiful humans!
These games are a lot of fun, while still being incredibly impactful, and will leave you with your cup feeling absolutely filled by the end of the night!
AR Games (played with 2 or more people) are designed to take you from:
Surface level answers to → Sharing what’s really going on
Feeling disconnected to → Feeling a real bond
Not knowing what to say to→ A connected in-flow conversation
Lack of understanding to→ Gaining helpful insights about each other.
Playing these games helps build skills for any relationship: Romantic partnerships, families, roommates, friends, community groups, teams, and clientele.
