As remote workers who've chosen Asheville as our home base, we deserve to know the real stories, colorful characters, and history that make our city special. This tour is designed specifically for locals who want to deepen their connection to downtown.

This special event is co-hosted by AVL Digital Nomads organizer and professional guide Brock Busby, along with Jordan Doty, owner of Asheville Free Walking Tours.

What to Expect

• Community connection: Meet other remote workers and neighbors in an exclusive, intimate group experience
• 2-2.5 hour guided tour: Discovering local history, interesting stories, architectural details, and insider knowledge

Tour Details

• This locals-only tour is exclusively for AVL Digital Nomads members
• Start time: 5:30 PM sharp. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early (if you're late, find us touring around Pack Square for the first 45 mins)
• Meeting point: 📍 Pack Square bench between Pack's Tavern and Pack Square Park. Brock will be wearing an aqua blue tee
• Weather: Rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. We will notify RSVPs via Meetup if the tour is canceled
