What we’re about
The goal of Gen Z Social Shelf is to engage in meaningful and challenging discussions about social commentary in nonfiction & fiction books. The books we will be engaging with will mainly be covering topics like class, race, and political structures, etc.
This book club would be best suited for open-minded people wanting to expand their understanding about societal issues as well as being able to bring a nonjudgmental atmosphere to individuals who are actively learning and growing about said issues.
During our monthly meetups it will be expected that everyone has read the book and is able to discuss/answer questions related to the book's themes and content.
