# The AWAKE Men’s Group is a place to be with men who believe in you, care about you, inspire you, and speak the truth to you

In the AWAKE Men’s Group, we speak freely and openly. We connect by listening and sharing in ways that other men in their lives can't or won't.

We talk in ways that men often can't with their spouses and partners, even their friends.

It’s a space of authenticity, safety, and connection and is open to men from all professions, backgrounds, and beliefs.

This special meeting is for men like you who are interested in becoming part of our weekly group.

Join us online to get a sense of how what's possible in the group. Here's how the meeting will go:

You'll get a chance to introduce yourself, and be able to meet the other men. Then there will be a discussion prompt that allows us to explore a particular topic that's important to living a full and connected life as a man today.

Towards the end of the meeting, every man has the opportunity to set a specific goal (or more than one) for the upcoming week. Men set goals around fitness, money, diet, parenting, relationships... any area in their life they're desiring change.

And if you decide to join the group as a regular member you'll get to update us on your goals the following week. This practice of goal setting coupled with accountability has created powerful shifts for all of us in the group.

At this meeting you'll get a sense of the community and support that's available to you, if the group is a fit for you and if you're a fit for the group.

After the call I'll hang out for a bit to answer your questions and tell you how to become an ongoing member (there are details here).

So far, every man who attends leaves our calls feeling heard, seen, lighter, more deeply connected to themselves and others.
