Join us for a powerful 60-minute outdoor workshop in the beautiful Taoro Park, where we reconnect with our bodies through guided practice and sacred presence.

In our busy lives, we've become disconnected from the wisdom our bodies hold. This workshop is a return to embodied presence - through breath, energy awareness, and conscious touch.

✨ WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:

This is a practice-focused session with minimal talking and maximum embodiment:

  • Energy sensing techniques - awakening your subtle body awareness

  • Conscious breathwork - reconnecting with your life force

  • Sacred self-touch practices - honoring your body through intentional contact

  • Grounding & integration

All practices are done fully clothed, in a respectful circle.

Nature supports our healing. The earth beneath us, fresh air, and natural surroundings create the perfect container for this intimate reconnection work.

No previous experience needed. All bodies, all genders, all levels welcome. This is a judgment-free zone.

🧘‍♀️ WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat or comfortable blanket

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable, loose clothing

  • Sunscreen (we'll be in shade, but good to have)

  • Open heart and present mind

⏰ FLOW (60 minutes):

11:00-11:10 - Arrival & grounding

11:10-11:50 - Guided practices: energy awareness, breathwork, sacred touch

11:50-12:00 - Integration & closing
