It is with a humble, grateful and joyful heart that I offer myself as a sacred guide to walk with you as we awaken to new ways of thinking, feeling, and living our lives as awakened souls on our sacred Earth mother, Gaia. So please join me as we step into the light of this sacred year of 2025 and beyond!
It is my intention to continue to grow the community we have been blessed with over the last 13 years with more tools, guidance, and opportunities to awaken to your true self, your journey, and all that is. Here you will find an authentic, loving and compassionate community to support one another through the ascension process, moving into 5D New Earth, and living an empowered, authentic, joyful and amazing life as a fully awakened being of light.

The summer sun is here—and we are beyond excited to announce the return of CommUNITY gatherings at the beautiful Glencoe Beach Park!
This year join me with beautiful Soul Sister, Britt Chemla Jones, Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Instructor, and radiant light in our healing community.
Let’s kick off our shoes, ground into Gaia, and celebrate in sacred circle by the shores of Lake Michigan.
We’ll gather monthly in the late afternoon sun, reconnecting with nature, ourselves, and each other in CommUnity!
🦋 This Month We Focus on our Individual and Collective Metamorphosis! 🦋
Together, we will embrace the power of transformation in community as we allow the weaving of the sacred practices of yoga, shamanic dance, breath, reiki, sound & meditation to guide us through our metamorphosis, shedding what no longer serves and stepping into the next phase of y/our divine growth as we align with the frequency of New Earth!
This will be followed by Small Group Reiki healing, offering you a moment of deep relaxation, energy balancing and integration. We will close with time to connect, reflect, and share our experiences in our sacred circle of community.
Details:
· Yoga: Gentle flow to awaken the heart and and connect with Mother Earth, Pachamama!
· Meditation: A guided somatic experience incorporating dance, breath, and stillness.
· Reiki: Small group healing to align and restore energy.
· Socializing: Light snacks and time for connection and reflection.💛💫 This event is perfect for anyone ready to embrace change, find inner peace, and connect with like-minded souls. All are always welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, dress comfortably, and prepare for variable weather (layers encouraged).
Also suggested is a water bottle, journal and pen, and snack to share if you wish!
All Are Welcome – whether you're a Reiki or energy healing practitioner, or simply curious and open to receiving! Please feel free to share this invitation with friends, family, and anyone that may be interested! 🙏
