Inner Worlds: Meet your Subpersonalities with Psychosynthesis
Subpersonalities—distinct aspects of ourselves shaped by life’s challenges—are central to psychosynthesis, a holistic approach to personal and spiritual growth that blends psychology and spirituality. This approach explores the interplay of mind, body, emotions, and spirit, offering tools for greater self-awareness and inner peace. In this workshop, participants will learn to identify, understand, and integrate their subpersonalities, fostering self-compassion and balance.
Through a guided meditation, visualization exercise, and reflective journaling, participants will connect with their subpersonalities to help understand their inner world on a deeper level. Practical techniques will be shared to recognize and transform the influence of subpersonalities like the inner critic or people-pleaser, turning internal conflict into harmony. Attendees will leave equipped with strategies to apply psychosynthesis principles in daily life, enhancing relationships, decision-making, and spiritual growth.
Please bring a journal, an open mind, and anything you need for comfort during meditations!

My name is Shaina and I am a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC) and I help guide clients to reach a deeper understanding of their true Self. I serve spiritually aligned individuals who have lost touch with their identity in rediscovering and clarifying their soul’s purpose.
This process involves transforming limiting beliefs to empower them to activate their Will. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I am passionate about engaging in various types of group work, primarily through facilitating meditations and providing Psychosynthesis based workshops. I believes that collective experiences can enhance personal growth and foster connections among individuals on similar journeys.
