Yes! No. Maybe...?
Trouble making decisions?
You know it makes logical sense—so why doesn’t it feel right?
You thought you liked them, but now every time they’re around, you feel annoyed. You spent so much money on this class, and now all the motivation and interest have evaporated.Sound familiar?
Why is it so hard to make heart-aligned decisions? In this course, Brandy Benton - Somatic Coach and Intuitive - will teach you how to interpret the sensations in your body to help you make clear, aligned choices.
You’ll get concrete, practical steps to follow and explore how decision-making feels in your own body.Even better—we’ll follow it up with channeled messages + somatic coaching on the subject you're exploring, offering real-time feedback on your intuition, and body awareness.
Fun, exploratory, and insightful.
