After a brief discussion on how crystal energy works, Carol will delve into different ways you can use crystals in your spiritual practices.

She will give you an overview of how to choose crystals, what some great options are for a starter crystal toolkit, and how and when to clear/clean your crystals.

Carol will then introduce you to crystal grids, how they work and how to build your own.

She will close the talk with a brief summary of how crystal skulls work and how they can be a powerful ally to your awakening.
