In this integrative class, you’ll be guided through mindful asana (postures) to build strength, balance, and flexibility—hallmarks of Hatha Yoga—while weaving in the dynamic breathwork (pranayama), rhythmic movement, mantra, and meditation practices of Kundalini Yoga to awaken your inner energy and deepen your spiritual awareness.
