GitHub Copilot Dev Days is a global, in-person user group initiative taking place during March and April 2026. The series brings together developers, enthusiasts, and local tech communities to explore the power of GitHub Copilot through practical, hands-on experiences.

Open to all developers, the events are led by local tech communities and designed to be highly practical. Each session focuses on real-world workflows, hands-on activities, and workshops centered on AI-assisted coding with GitHub Copilot.

Agenda:
Ever wanted GitHub Copilot to feel less like vibe coding and more like a reliable buddy? This session is a fun, hands-on run-through of agentic development: break coding work into steps, set patterns, iterate fast, and ship with confidence.

We'll do these together:

• The agentic dev mindset (plan → build → verify → improve)
• Tips + insights on the latest features: models, CLI, MCP, skills, instruction and customisation
• Hands-on lightning labs: build something real, and leave with a working result
• Explore additional capabilities of Codex for VS Code and much more along with GitHub Copilot
